Asbestos Surveys

All asbestos surveys are undertaken by our BOHS P402-certified surveyor in accordance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 (CAR 2012), HSE guidance HSG264, and relevant industry best practice. Our surveys provide a comprehensive inspection of the premises, including the identification, assessment, and management recommendations for asbestos-containing materials (ACMs).

Where sampling is required, all materials are collected using controlled methods to prevent fibre release, securely packaged on site, and immediately submitted to a UKAS-accredited laboratory for formal analysis. This provides accurate, independently verified results to support your asbestos management obligations.
